SCS Roofing - Over-roofing

Over-roofing can be applied to both pitched and flat roofs. The advantage of over-roofing is that original roof remains in place providing weather protection, whilst a proprietary grid system is installed to support the new sheeting. The before and after pictures show the difference an over-roofing system makes.

           
Over-roofing also provides an ideal opportunity to incorporate additional insulation, thereby reducing both heat loss and solar gain through the roof.

Below is an example of a flat roof that has been over-roofed and had the parapet walls flashed in.
